Management Team
The Josiah Institute for Leadership Is pleased to announce the appointment of its U.S. A. Management Team. The team will be lead by Veteran Educator, Former Member of Parliament, and former Parliamentary Secretary in the Ministry of Education, in the Bahamas, Mrs V. Veronica Owens. Mrs. Owens who resides in Atlanta, Georgia will serve as the Chief Administrative Officer, for U.S. A activities, and will serve on the Board of Directors and Governance. She will be assisted by Veteran teacher & Public Administrator in the Bahamas, Dr. Donald McCartney, who is the Provost for the U.S. activites, and the Senior Lecturer for JI Courses for Public Sector Training in Nassau. Dr McCartney & family resides in Florida. The work of the team will be augmented by youthful Prestina CL Harris, a 2017 Graduate of Armstrong University, as a Board Certified R.T.T; who will serve as the Chief Operational Officer for the U.S. Operations. Mrs Harris and family lives in Northern Georgia. All Team members are Bahamian citizens. The management of the Josiah Institute for Leadership is pleased to announce these appointments.
